Our principles

Data belongs to the user. Where a product can be built so user data lives on infrastructure the user controls, we build it that way. Where we must hold data ourselves, we hold the minimum required and encrypt it in transit and at rest.

Minimum collection. We collect only what we need to deliver the service. We do not sell user data, share it for marketing, or use it for purposes unrelated to the service you signed up for.

No tracking on this website. The cueri.us website uses no analytics, no tracking cookies, and no advertising pixels.

User control. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you, regardless of where you live. Email privacy@cueri.us.
What we typically collect
The specifics depend on the product. Across our products, we generally hold some subset of:
- Contact information you provide (email, phone number).
- Authorization tokens for any third-party services you have connected.
- Brief operational logs for error diagnosis and service health, which do not include the content of your communications.
For cue-bot specifically, we deliver the service over the WhatsApp Business API directly from Meta, and we do not send the content of your messages to third-party AI model providers during normal operation.
Children
Our products are not intended for users under 13 (under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Jurisdictions
Where local law (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP, others) grants you additional rights, those apply alongside the rights described above.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects how we handle your data, we will notify active users and update the effective date above.
